If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange as long as it meets our return requirements. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note all sales are final for used/consignment, closeout, blemished, out of box, or otherwise discounted items.
Returned items must be returned in the same (new) condition, in the original package, with all tags attached, documentation, manuals, accessories, and items. No refunds or credits will be issued for items returned that are not in the original "new" condition, suitable for resale. Any item that is installed or used in training or competition cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers defect. If repair or replacement of a item is required under the manufacturer's warranty, please visit the manufacturers website to review their warranty process. Please note that some warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer, and some are handled through their dealer network.
To submit a return request please follow these steps...
1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

4. Click Submit Return Request.
