Race Day/Transition

Tip: Have a checklist of all the items you will need on race day such as goggles, wetsuit, anti-friction balm or cream, nutrition, race belt, etc..  It is always good to have a backup of certain items, such as goggles in case, a strap breaks.  A relatively small but versatile transition bag is a must.  The more organized you are with your equipment the less stress you will have on race day.
