Regardless of which SRAM 11-speed rear derailleur you have, it will work better with the CeramicSpeed Pulleys. Our pulley wheels reduce drivetrain friction and increase bearing life. The CeramicSpeed Pulley Wheels are designed to work with less drag, putting more of your power into propulsion.
There are three choices for SRAM. The first is our Standard: machined aluminum pulleys with our stock CeramicSpeed balls installed in our hardened-steel races. These kill the competition in tests. The second is taking those Standard Bearings and installing them in machined titanium pulleys. The third is those same machined titanium pulleys with our CeramicSpeed balls installed in Coated, hardened-steel races.
Weight of the aluminum pulleys is 22g a set. Weight of titanium, 24g.
The machined titanium pulleys outlast their machined aluminum brethren by a factor of three.
The Coated Bearings have races 75% harder than our Standard hardened-steel races. They outlast our Standard Bearings by 60%. Frictional drag in the Coated version is decreased by over 50% compared to our standard bearings.
There are different upper and lower pulleys, are marked as such, and have directional arrows etched on them.
These pulleys are designed to work with stock SRAM pulley spacers. You’ll need to save those from your stock pulleys when installing CeramicSpeed.
The kits come with CeramicSpeed oil in a 10ml dropper bottle. The bearings come with oil in them already. The dropper bottle for maintenance.
These are compatible with all 11-speed SRAM derailleurs, mechanical and electronic.
