The Profile Design HSA 800 EVO is a between-the-arms aerobar hydration system built around an 800 ml (27 oz) BPA-free, food-safe HDPE bottle. A flexible hose with bite valve and magnetic retention keeps hydration within reach, while the secure fill-port lid helps avoid splashing. The rear cap is removable for easier cleaning.
Its bottle shape is engineered to conceal the cage from the wind and minimize frontal area. The injected nylon/glass-fiber cage provides high bottle retention and accepts either the HSA 800 EVO bottle or a standard cycling water bottle. Total system weight is 387 g.
The BTA mount uses a 30 mm offset, allowing the bottle to sit farther back on compatible aerobars for more accessible placement. Its 10 mm dropped V shape helps center the bottle between aerobar extensions and reduce interference with narrow armrest positions. The mount fits extension spacing from 80 to 120 mm center to center.
A direct Garmin mount is included and removable, with improved placement over the previous HSF AERO HC 800 design. The HSA 800 EVO also features a refined rear-cap mechanism and an updated mounting bracket with greater compatibility than previous models. Wahoo adapters are available separately from third parties.
