The Profile Design 43 ASC Carbon Extensions use Aero Shaped Carbon construction to bring carbon fiber into an aerodynamic extension profile. Their shape was optimized using CFD to minimize drag while maintaining strength and rigidity, making them a focused upgrade for a 22.2 mm aerobar setup.
A 43-degree grip angle is intended to promote a neutral wrist position, while the grip section rises 87 mm from the base of the extension. Around the wrist, the shaped profile smooths airflow over the arm and increases contact area for additional comfort and control.
These Profile Design aerobar extensions fit any aerobar designed for 22.2 mm extensions and pair especially well with Race+ or Ergo+ armrests. They are offered in 340 mm and 400 mm lengths, with a 290 mm minimum length from the front of the clamp, 107 mm bottom-to-top rise, and 16 mm total offset.
The 43 ASC extensions are sold as a left and right pair in matte black. They were designed with the Aeroport in mind and can accommodate a Shimano Di2 EW-RS910 junction box and BT-DN110 battery, with room for an EW-SD50 cable to pass through.
