The Sport Factory has formed a Masters swim program  specifically targeting the skill sets for triathlon swimmers.  Practices are designed and coached by Sport Factory swim/triathlon coach Tracy Palmer, a former National Qualifier and NCAA/SEC swimmer at the University of Kentucky with 15 years coaching experience.  Tracy will be assisted by other members of our talented coaching staff, on deck to help guide the session and maximize your time in the water.  More information and register...
